Course overview

The Faith and Finance Academy 4-Week Boot Camp is a free, referral-based experience designed to help participants build a strong financial foundation through faith, mindset renewal, and practical action. This guided four-week journey blends biblical principles with real-life financial tools to address both how we think about money and how we manage it.

Each week includes Monday Mindset, a recorded teaching from the facilitator that speaks directly to common financial challenges, habits, and belief systems that often hold people back. Work It Out Wednesday follows with hands-on, practical training where participants apply what they are learning in real time. Topics include budgeting in Week 1, debt management in Week 2, understanding credit scores in Week 3, and emergency fund and savings planning in Week 4. The boot camp is structured to create clarity, confidence, and momentum, helping participants move from financial frustration to faith-guided stewardship.

What will i learn?

  • Participants will gain practical skills to manage their finances with clarity and confidence through hands-on exercises and real-life applications.
Requirements
  • Participation in the Faith and Finance Academy 4-Week Boot Camp requires commitment, honesty, and a willingness to engage fully in the process. This experience is designed to be practical and transformative, and each participant plays an active role in their progress.
  • Participants must be willing to apply themselves throughout the four-week boot camp. This includes watching the Monday Mindset teachings, completing the Work It Out Wednesday activities, and engaging with the provided tools and resources. Growth will require intentional effort and consistency.
  • An open mind is essential. Many financial challenges are rooted in mindset, habits, and past experiences. Participants should be willing to examine their current beliefs about money and remain open to learning new approaches grounded in faith and wisdom.
  • Participants will be required to create a personal budget. To do this accurately, they must gather complete information related to their income and expenses. This includes all sources of income and a full picture of monthly spending. A free budgeting tool will be provided to support this process.
  • Participants will also be expected to use the debt tracker tool. This tool helps identify outstanding debts and works alongside the budgeting process to provide clarity and direction. Honest and complete input is necessary for the tool to be effective.
  • Participants must be willing to obtain a copy of their own credit report. Guidance will be provided on how to access credit reports for free and how to understand what is being reviewed. Accessing credit reports is entirely the participant’s responsibility and done at their discretion. The academy does not access or view personal credit information on behalf of participants.
  • Active participation is required to advance through the boot camp. Short quizzes will be given between sections to confirm understanding. Participants must successfully complete these quizzes in order to move forward to the next phase of the program. This boot camp is a partnership. Tools, teaching, and guidance are provided, but personal application and follow-through are required to experience lasting results.
